A Changing of the Guard, and Home at Last

Towards the end of 1995, Ps Sean and Lynda Stanton began to feel the call of God to make way for new leadership at North Shore CLC. Ps Sean told the church that, “I knew that God was leading me elsewhere.” Ps John and Anne Iuliano (pictured right) were invited to take on the role of Senior Pastors at North Shore. They accepted, arriving in January 1996 to a church quick to embrace its new leadership and their exciting new vision.

Under Ps John Iuliano, then, plans for the new building were significantly redeveloped and the construction went ahead (pictured below). Being completed in near-record time, our new church home was officially opened by Ps Frank Houston in August 1997 with a new name: North Shore CLC was now North Shore Christian Centre.
